There is a well appointed one bedroom Guest Cottage discreetly nestled amongst the gardens. This is ideal for caretakers' accommodation. It is completely private and away from the main house. The Guest Cottage could also be rented if onsite Property Managers were not required. 

On the practical front, the home benefits from a large two car garage. It has a well equipped workshop and laundry area. There is a back up diesel generator and large cisterns for water catchment.
